In Your Face Squirrel (#163):

Tame, almost to the point of being cheeky, this Squirrel was part of a little feeding frenzy of Greys that my Son and I encountered in Bexleyheath, South London. At one point we counted fifteen after peanuts (May 2015).

I nearly walked past this little feather; the fluttering in the strong breeze caught my eye and so I had to kneel and draw out the fine filaments and contrasting colours (August 2014).

Stretching out to their full extent, almost quivering with the exertion, the branches of these trees along the Angelzarke reservoir had a full canopy of bright orange and yellow leaves (Sept 2015).

Grizedale Sunrise

Staying in Cumbria over Christmas week (2015) we were keen to make the most of any beautiful weather. Fortunately, sunrises were a little later during the Winter months so we were still able to have a small lie-in and watch the glorious golds of the early dawn.
