Terms and Conditions for Online Sales and Use of Website

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the goods supplied from it; by using our website and continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions in full. You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this. These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or buy our products.

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions. You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent. You must not use our website to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications. You must not use our website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.

Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion. If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential. We may disable your user ID and password in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

6) Orders and Prices
Oculo Mundi uses PayPal as its online purchasing system. All prices are shown in Great Britain pounds sterling. The goods are subject to VAT and delivery charges but these are included within the stated costs. These charges will apply on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

All prices may be subject to change. The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Oculo Mundi will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to Oculo Mundi through Paypal by email. You will receive an email receipt to confirm Oculo Mundi has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Oculomundi@outlook.com.

Oculo Mundi do not currently have the ability to supply goods to destinations other than the UK via the website. If you are shopping from outside the UK, please contact Oculomundi@outlook.com directly to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website.

All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Oculo Mundi will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.

Oculo Mundi is under no obligation to accept any order.

7) Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Oculo Mundi website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times of our third party supplier. Oculo Mundi may deliver items from the same order separately, but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with Oculo Mundi at the time of your order.

If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of goods, standard postal arrangement will apply and your goods will be delivered either to a suitable neighbour or returned to the nearest post office and for collection.

If Oculo Mundi are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid.

Oculo Mundi is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Oculo Mundi is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

8) Payment Security
Oculo Mundi uses PayPal for online payments. PayPal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding PayPal’s secure systems please visit their website at www.paypal.co.uk/uk
Oculo Mundi is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

9) Privacy.
Oculo Mundi does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.

10) Returns.
In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Oculo Mundi at Oculomundi@outlook.com. Oculo Mundi accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.

11) Limited warranties.
We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
